- 1 cup ghee
- 1 and half cup besan
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 drops of orange food coloring
- Almonds for taste and decoration
First of all, add ghee and basen into the pan and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame, stir it continuously with specula. Now take 2 drops of orange food color and mix it with 2 tablespoons of water in a cup, then add it to the pan. Cook it for 3 minutes…..now set it aside and cool it down (important), now add sugar in it. Mix it properly and make round balls of it (ladoo). Cut almonds and use them as sprinkles for your ladoo.
